Job Description

 Internship Opportunity at TechDeals Pte. Ltd. – Customer Sales Support, Admin, and PC Hardware

Location: Sim Lim Square, Singapore Industry: IT Retail / Wholesale / Import & Export Internship Type: Internship / Part-time Duration: Minimum 6 months (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity)

 Key Responsibilities:

Customer Sales Support:

  • Assist walk-in customers by understanding their tech needs and recommending suitable products.

  • Support the sales team in processing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and assist in managing stock displays.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform data entry, filing, and documentation for sales and inventory.

  • Assist in updating pricing, vendor contacts, and product listings.

PC Assembly & Troubleshooting:

  • Assist in assembling custom PCs and performing hardware setups.

  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to hardware compatibility or performance.

  • Learn and apply practical skills in diagnostics, installation, and upgrades.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in IT products, PC hardware, and tech retail.

  • Basic understanding of computer components and software setup.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Students from ITE, Polytechnic, or related technical backgrounds preferred.
