Internship Opportunity at TechDeals Pte. Ltd. – Customer Sales Support, Admin, and PC Hardware
Location: Sim Lim Square, Singapore Industry: IT Retail / Wholesale / Import & Export Internship Type: Internship / Part-time Duration: Minimum 6 months (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Sales Support:
Assist walk-in customers by understanding their tech needs and recommending suitable products.
Support the sales team in processing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.
Maintain store cleanliness and assist in managing stock displays.
Administrative Duties:
Perform data entry, filing, and documentation for sales and inventory.
Assist in updating pricing, vendor contacts, and product listings.
PC Assembly & Troubleshooting:
Assist in assembling custom PCs and performing hardware setups.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to hardware compatibility or performance.
Learn and apply practical skills in diagnostics, installation, and upgrades.
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in IT products, PC hardware, and tech retail.
Basic understanding of computer components and software setup.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Students from ITE, Polytechnic, or related technical backgrounds preferred.
