As an Intern, you will work alongside company leadership and gain real-life exposure in the sales and marketing world.
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying emerging market segments, potential clients and decision makers
Developing creative ideas to attract and pursue new prospects
Understanding prospect’s concerns and provide possible solutions
Establishing and maintaining good relations with prospects and clients
Proactively seeking out new opportunities on various social media/outreach platforms
Preparing presentations and following up with prospective opportunities
Assist in driving client acquisition by identifying potential sales trends
Staying on top of your own learning journey in the finance and investment industry
Showing up for training sessions that will equip you with real life skills on how to create and maintain a winning portfolio
Learning the basics of investing, trading and risk management
Attaining a good grasp on fundamental analysis, technical analysis and market analysis
Achieve performance targets (KPI)
Report performance to management and staying accountable to leadership for all business related activities
Staying up to date with industry and business news
Complete all online courses/modules assigned for self-directed learning
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Problem solver and good analytical skills
Desire for continuous learning and self-development
Basic understanding of financial markets would be an advantage
Entrepreneurial and ambitious
A 'hunter' background with some track record of success
‘Can-do’ spirit and ability to adapt in a fast-pace environment
21 years old and above
