Responsibilities:

 • Provide system setup, implementation, training, and support services at the customer site

 • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system configuration and functionality • Conduct tasks adhere to corporate quality standards and follow our established project management standards

 • Prepare pre- and post-implementation documentation as applicable

 • Effective escalation to third party vendors for action and resolution

• Able to handle flexible working hours on demand basis 

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline

 • Fresh graduate with strong work commitment is encourage to apply

• Experience in relevant area of expertise, preferably in I.T. services industry will be added advantage

• Hands-on experience in application implementation, user training and system support will be added advantage

• Able to work independently in a team environment with acute time management skill

 • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

 • Good written and verbal communication skills

 • Capable to meet critical deadlines and adhere to defined quality standards.

 • Mobile and extensive travel within Singapore is required
