Job Description
1. Conceptualize and Execute Business Development Plan in Singapore.
2. To keep a track of Market Intelligence Reports on monthly basis with support of reporting staff.
3. Devise pricing strategy for each product for various verticals.
4. Work closely with the Sales Head and align efforts to achieve over all business targets.
5. Manage key accounts, clients & consultants for continual enquiry generation.
6. May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stake holders.
7. Strategy formulation, plan, define and establish a short term / long-term business development plan.
8. Monitor and review sales performance against the desired targets and accordingly revise strategy.
9. Review customer’s feedback and act on comments.
10. Plan, define and establish departmental objectives and KPIs and get them approved by Sales Head.
11. Prepare ATEA, Quotations and Contracts keeping in loop the Sales Head at all times.
12. Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Sales Head.
13. Outstanding collections and follow up on pending payments.
14. Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Sales Head.
Job Requirement:
Good communication skills
Degree holder.
