Your role: You will research prospective customers, create marketing and outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential clients, use your business acumen to identify how Techsumption could support their business and projects, and successfully position Techsumption’s value proposition. This is a highly hands-on role with rooms for personal and professional growth opportunities.
The requirements: Ideally, you should be in university with a flexible school schedule where you can work at least two working days per week (We are happy to work out a flexible schedule with you). Double points if you are fluent in at least 3 languages, of which 2 are native fluency in English and Mandarin. We are flexible with remote working schedule once the initial onboarding phase is complete and we know you are able to contribute effectively in your role. You should be someone who can network with virtually anyone, who is passionate, energetic and positively lifts the mood of everyone he or she speaks to. We would like to have a committed individual contributor who is able and willing to go on this journey with us on a long-term basis.
Your compensation: Your base compensation will be SGD 1,000 per month, with additional CPF contributions (minimum 20 hours per week). You will also be placed on a sales and performance bonus scheme, which offers quarterly bonus payout, dependent on your output. This is an extremely rare opportunity for someone still in college who is interested in sales and marketing and drive real impact in the start-up scene!
