Job Description
-Accounts Payable & Receivable- data entry, prepare invoices, issue cheque, update bank record, maintain up-to-date billing system etc.
-Cash books and General Ledgers- balance sheet, assist in accounts analysis and etc
-Complete/update/revised of the Finance Manual (incl. flow charts, checklist, procedures, forms, ISO forms etc)
-Admin tasks- filling, photocopying, scanning, mailing cheque and etc.
