Job Description
eCommerce Sales Coordinator - 3 / 6 Months Contract
Job Description
- Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries and returns of customer orders for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc).
- Picking and packing orders correctly and adhering to packing guidelines.
- Monitoring inventory and request for stocks when necessary.
- Process sales orders and monitor progress.
- Monitor and/or resolve sales order issues such as order variation, amendments and updates.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update sales team on order and delivery status.
- General admin duties
Job Requirement
- 5 days work week / Mon to Fri / 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Might have request to work on occasional weekend
- Medical & Insurance benefit would be provided
- Proficient in English and Computer
- Meticulous, attention to details and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Only Singaporeans, SPR and Students on vacation may apply
