Tembusu Medical Group – Clinic Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Assistant at Tembusu Medical Group in Singapore. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in patient care, managing appointments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Handle registration of patients and schedule appointments
• Dispense medicine and collect payments
• Answer patients' enquiries
• Process online medical claims
• General housekeeping of the clinic and management of consumables inventory
• Any other duties assigned by Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager

Expected hours: 42 hours per week, inclusive of 2 weekday nights, 1 weekend half day

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in computer skills for managing electronic health records
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic setting is a plus
