· Coordination of ESG/Sustainability Reporting or related projects
· Support sustainability-related accreditations in policy making
· Manage marketing and communication resources e.g. business profile, social media channels
· Coordination of outsourced work with contractors/freelancers
· Explore AI tools for relevant implementation
· Support in administration of project/initiatives/collaborations
HR Admin Support:
· Coordinating initiatives for employee’s Learning & Development
· Organization of internal programs, initiatives or events for employee’s welfare
· Handle internal communication e.g. announcements, updates from management
Administrative Support to Management/Leadership team:
· Coordination and communication with external parties/organizations for meeting
· Update organisation or HR chart
· Assists in administrative tasks like documentation, documents formatting, travel arrangement etc.
