Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Experience planning and internal project management

 

Devise the experience plan with project team and implement it in accordance with Terrapinn’s guide for hosting an event.

 

Event experience and on the day management

Ensure Terrapinn presents a high quality event on the day and continually work to improve our standard of service.

Cost and budget management

 

Ensure event costs are contained and accurately managed without compromising quality of service and customer experience.

Manage suppliers

 

Foster supplier relationships and always negotiate maximum service at minimum cost.

 

Trainer administration

 

As primary customer service point for presenters, ensure they enjoy the highest standard of service and work to build a positive and lasting relationship.
