It includes the full suite of automation features for client and case management, including task creation document generation.

As a Client Success & Marketing intern, you will provide a helping hand to our customers as they go about the adoption of our platform. We’re on the lookout for the ability to exchange ideas, thrive in a startup environment, and of course, a desire to do great things as a team!
As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
Gain a deep knowledge of Tessaract’s system - important to achieve your day-to-day tasks
Assist with ticket management on Zendesk
Serve as a first point of contact for troubleshooting customer enquiries
Work together with the team on Customer Success strategies and to add/create value for customers
Assist in drafting, formatting and uploading articles to our Help Centre
May be required to perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
General Services
1 Assisting the Director, Customer Success (the “CS Director”) and Company Management in relation to duties and responsibilities in connection with the Business as assigned to the Employee from time to time.
2 Being responsible and accountable at all times to the Company.
3 Assisting with all other things necessary to provide / add value to the client and / or to the Company.
Being Client Oriented and Ensuring Client Satisfaction
1 Learning about clients’ pain points, bringing back insights to the team and helping the Company improve on the product.
2 Understanding clients’ business processes clearly – from workflows and accounting concepts to team management and business operations.
3 Identifying key customer success metrics and assisting the CS Director with recording of the same – including periodic check-ins with clients to understand if clients are effectively benefiting from using Tessaract.
4 Assisting with client communications
5 Managing Relevant Client Communications:
A, To all levels of users within a clients’ company – from CEO / Managing Partners / CFOs to secretaries and the finance team.
B. Pushing out relevant announcements and updates to clients proactively and frequently via the relevant / applicable platforms.
6 Ensuring that client relationships are built – making the clients feel we are a family that will help them achieve their best Tessaract experience.
7 Assisting with Health Checks and Client Visits.
Being a Problem-Solver and Process-Oriented Thinker
1 Mitigating client issues and resolving them effectively and expeditiously – including thinking resourcefully about solutions for the clients and business.
2 Pre-empting next steps, plans and communicating the same clearly to the client and the team.
3 Adopting an approach of critical and structured thinking – applying the same to issues and potential strategies that lead to positive results.
4 Discussing issues with the CS Director and bringing about more effective and efficient ways to grow the product.
5 Being comfortable in dealing with simple accounting concepts.
