Job Description

Internship Programme – Human Resource 


We are looking for high calibre candidate to join our Human Resource Team on a 4 months Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Human Resource, we welcome you to join our vibrant team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support day-to-day HR factory related activities/projects in relations to talent induction program, graduates career and development program. 
  • To research and put together standard work instruction for factory HR processes, and not limit to disciplinary, promotion and skill competencies matrix. 
  • To support monthly HR data analytic, awards and reports. 
  • Learning opportunity to experience working in a regional HR Service Centre 


Key Attributes:

  • Completing or completed Polytechnic/University Education with diploma/degree in Business Administration or Human Resource
  •  A balanced profile with strong non-academic curriculum interests /CCA 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good positive attitude, resourceful and agile thinking 


Working Hours: 8.00am – 4.40pm

Location: 19 Gul Lane Singapore 629414 (Island wide Transport is provided)
