Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the external vendors and/or onsite contractors engaged in provision of preventive and/or corrective maintenance services and ad hoc repairs.
  • Attend to any emergencies promptly and rectify them with minimal inconvenience.
  • Carry out periodical site inspection and ensure any irregularities found are reported.
  • Ensure that all works are duly carried out in compliance with company's standards, guidelines and SHE policy including the relevant Government legislation and standards.
  • Able to carry out facilities related repairs as needed.

Requirements

  • NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services.
  • 3 years' related work experience in handling facilities maintenance works.
  • Able to attend to emergencies after working hours and during festive seasons.
