Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Marketing Team to : 

- Plan and Execute Sales and Partnership Development Activities to meet sales targets and organization KPIs.

• Drive Marketing projects and Events to meet sales / marketing / partnerships KPIs

• Develop Customer Relationship and Engagement (e.g. through training, demos, trial) to promote sales conversion

• Manage business opportunities and projects by closely communicating internally and externally

• Sales Support Management to ensure sales fulfilment and tracking of outcomes

• After Sales Engagement for customer retention, upsell 

• Contribute to branding and marketing strategy discussions with the knowledge and experience in the market

• Develop and maintain marketing and promotional materials e.g. brochures, factsheets and posters

• Maintain Website and Social Media Platforms for engagement and leads generation
