Job Description

Summary

You would be supporting the sales and marketing with initiatives that would increase the efficiency and performance of the sales. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties such as database set up, liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders within the company to maintain and improve existing process flow.
  • Assisting in Market research, identifying business opportunities (White spaces) and coordinating with NS Team.
  • Assist in Email blast to prospect potential clients / lead gen (eg data entry)
  • Research on logistics costs for our bids
  • Any other ad hoc (reports; presentation content) as per required
  • Develop engaging content (either from scratch or incorporating from existing content from The Adecco Group)
  • Provide support for lead generation activities (e.g., ad chase, research on prospect companies)
  • Provide administrative support for networking events (e.g., keying of contact details of name cards into spreadsheet, following up of lead with respective salesperson)
  • Assist in extracting data from various sources for Business and Competitor Analysis.

Education

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business qualifications preferred
  • Has prior sales/contracts/marketing experience.
  • Min. 3 months commitment.
