Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator/Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and formats in collaboration with clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Manage event logistics coordination and booking.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties to ensure timely and successful event delivery.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, including negotiating with vendors and tracking expenses.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to manager(s), including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and invoices.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to facilitate effective teamwork and information flow.
