Job Description

As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events at The Arcade People. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that events run smoothly while enhancing customer engagement and brand presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales of our event services, actively seeking out new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event plans, including family days, corporate events, product launches, and private parties.

  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines from inception to completion.

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies during events.

  • Handle any on-site challenges and provide quick solutions.

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for event services.

  • Develop and maintain a client pipeline to grow event bookings and revenue.

  • Prepare and present event service proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.
