The Arcade People Pte Ltd – Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and managing bookings for our event space, equipment and services, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless event execution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries
• Respond promptly and professionally to all sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct site visits
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with other departments (operations, creative etc.) to ensure all client needs are met.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote the event space and attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
