Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer the global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
  • Plan, develop and execute relevant service campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture
  • Review and update current standards and guidelines
  • Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
  • Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and ReviewPro ORM systems)
  • Other ad-hoc duties where required


Requirements

  • Preferably a degree in Marketing Communications or Business or Sociology (with exposure to data analytics)
  • A passion/heart for service
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Exposure to data analytics will be an advantage
  • Preferably able to commit to a full time internship for 6 months.
