Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies on potential investment and development opportunities through establishing appropriate assumptions; financial modelling; and analysis of competitors and the market
- Maintain and update Investment and Asset Management databases
- Assist team in special projects, including deal-related projects, whenever required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or other equivalents
- Analytical team player with excellent research, communication and stakeholders management skills
- Knowledge in data crawling through large data sets
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
