Responsibilities
- Support in the collation and analysis of Service & Product Audit (SPA) and Pre-Opening Review (POP) results.
- Maintain Standard Standards & Guidelines (S&G), SPA and POP frameworks to ensure they are up to date.
- Assist with other relevant Corporate Operational Excellence projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Hospitality
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- A team player who enjoys working with numbers, analysing data and is detailed oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to commit full-time for at least 4/6 months
