Job Description
Provide level 1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products for both HQ and stores
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues
Liaise with internal and external teams for a better resolution of problems and reducing knowledge gaps
Set-Up Desktops/Laptops and other necessary peripheral devices which includes but not limited to routers, printers, etc.)
Install/Configure/troubleshoot all IT equipment/software including computers, laptops, printers, network devices etc.
Assist and support any Project Implementation and Digital Initiatives
Support the on-boarding of new hires, including issuance and set up of IT devices, network, install, test, and configure new workstations, ensure standard deployment.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
