Customer Service Intern
We are looking for a customer success intern who will help spearhead our customer satisfaction drive, streamline our workflows, and support all customer journeys in our pipeline.
Fun things you will do:
- Provide quality customer service support with excellent communication skills via various channels
- Manage day to day customer enquiries
- Liaise with customers and different departments
- Provide accurate information promptly to customers
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers
- Assist and help with the CRM program and backend support
- Other adhoc tasks by management
Requirements:
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Critical thinking and able to work independently
- Positive and supportive team player
- Creative, self-motivated and fast learner
- Good command of English language for formal writing
