We have a great opening for an enthusiastic Marketing and Customer Engagement Executive. This is a junior role (either paid intern or a full-time marketing position) which will suits a bright graduate with some experience in e-commerce, social media, data mining/analysis and/or customer engagement.
The role will support the Head of Marketing, and will focus on the following areas:
Social Media Management - daily monitoring and posting, content creation and engagement, analytics and platform management. Must have excellent writing skills, and strong creativity.
Data Analysis - monitor and report on our key performance indicators using available analysts tools, provide recommendations on metrics and on our competitive landscape.
Newsletter Content - ability to identify and generate strong angles and stories for our weekly newsletter
Customer Engagement - using available data, create and execute campaign ideas to engage with customers using social media, EDMs etc. Must be willing to 'lift the phone' and speak directly to our customers in order for the company to understand buying patterns, product preferences etc.
Content Management - take the lead in identifying great ideas for online content that will capture and engage our customers, either online or via social channels. Have the ability to take this ideas and write great, clear copy. Manage the publishing process and deliver analytics on performance.
Salary depends on experience.
