Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager/Executive to drive our business expansion and elevate our brand in a competitive market.

Job Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility for our premium furniture retail brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of Singapore’s luxury/premium market, and expertise in omnichannel marketing and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses in retail or luxury goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Positioning:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities in Singapore’s premium furniture market.
    • Develop and implement strategies to position the brand as a leader in the luxury furniture segment.
    • Identify niche opportunities, such as sustainable or bespoke furniture, to differentiate the brand.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:
    • Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads on Instagram, Pinterest) to attract affluent customers.
    • Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads, enhance customer loyalty, and drive repeat purchases through personalized offers and exclusive events.
    • Leverage data analytics to segment customers and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Omnichannel Sales Growth:
    • Enhance the e-commerce platform with high-quality visuals, AR tools, and seamless user experience to cater to tech-savvy consumers.
    • Optimize the in-store experience in premium showroom locations to align with the brand’s luxury image.
    • Integrate online and offline channels for a cohesive customer journey (e.g., click-and-collect, virtual consultations).
  • Partnerships & Collaborations:
    • Build strategic partnerships with real estate developers, interior designers, and luxury lifestyle brands to showcase furniture in high-profile settings.
    • Collaborate with influencers, design bloggers, and industry events (e.g., Singapore Design Week) to boost brand credibility.
  • Revenue Optimization:
    • Analyze sales data to identify high-performing products and implement upselling or bundling strategies.
    • Develop pricing and financing strategies to balance profitability with market competitiveness.
    • Monitor KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, lifetime value) to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Brand Awareness:
    • Drive content marketing initiatives (e.g., blogs, videos, webinars) to position the brand as a thought leader in premium furniture and design.
    • Lead campaigns to increase brand visibility through events, PR, and media outreach.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and reduce lead times.
    • Use customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance service quality.
  • Qualifications
    • Interest and knowledgable in Marketing, Business, or Retail.
    • Experience in growth marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or furniture industries.
    • Strong understanding of Singapore’s luxury consumer market and cultural nuances.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau).
    • Experience with omnichannel retail strategies and e-commerce platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Creative problem-solver with a passion for design and customer experience.
    • Knowledge of sustainability trends in furniture or retail is a plus.
