Job Description

Title: Showroom Assistant 

Type: Part Time role 

Start date: Immediate 

Required Day/Time: 

Group1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am to 7pm 

Group 2 - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 10:00am to 7pm 

Group 3 - Weekends/Public Holiday 10:00am to 7pm 

Showroom Assistant Role

• Manage the front desk and greet clients - share information about the various brands and furniture in the showroom

• Answer the phone and emails enquries and maintain office correspondence. 

• Filling of all walk-ins, client visits, enquiries 

• Assist the sales team when necessary 

Showroom and sampling 

• Maintain the showroom’s high standard of presentation and efficiency 

• Ensure furniture displays are replenished and presentable 

• Keep the showroom tidy and organised 

• Prepare the meeting for client meetings and events 

• Input all new sample orders upon receipt
