Job Description — SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE
Location: Outram, Singapore
Overview: The Showroom Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales, increasing market share, enhancing company profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position involves collaborating with customers, contractors, architects, designers, and their clients to recommend and select from our exclusive range of premium furniture brands. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will leverage expert product knowledge, provide tailored selection guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service to meet client needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers and their representatives (e.g., designers, contractors, architects) to assist in planning and product selection.
- Demonstrate a professional, knowledgeable, positive, and energetic attitude in all interactions.
- Utilize strong consultative sales techniques, excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and proactive follow-up to exceed customer expectations.
- Support the manager in executing marketing campaigns and showroom promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, organized records and files for all customer interactions and transactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Process and track orders, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to special projects, including showroom events and display updates.
- Uphold the showroom’s professional appearance and standards as a premier place of business.

- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
