At a glance
The Digital Marketing Intern will be joining Chope’s Singapore Marketing Team, and will be a key player in helping Chope optimise web pages with SEO best practices, conceptualise content marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and execute marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone who has an innate interest in SEO, content creation, and social media within the digital sphere, and who’s also keen to learn about content strategies, digital marketing channels, and best practices for SEO. This role is great for someone who has a keen interest in the restaurants and F&B scene, is independent, has a knack for writing, and is equipped with a creative thought process. This is a real opportunity to get exposed to a fast-paced digital and e-commerce environment, with hands-on experience.
What you'll learn and work on
- Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
- Create, update, and curate dining guide pages.
- Generating long and short-form copies for a variety of Chope’s marketing channels (food stories, social media, EDMs, campaigns).
- Crafting copies and templates for EDMs.
- Creation of social media posts, scheduling, and posting.
- Assist with executing content and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong English writing skills (Please provide writing samples to support your application if possible)
- Good analytical skills and strong sense of empathy
- Able to work within timelines and carry out tasks independently
- Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills as you will be liaising with the marketing teams from other cities
- Able to learn and work fast in a dynamic environment
- Experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry, HTML and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus but not required
