Responsibilities
- Create content for restaurants using tools like Shopify and be an integral part of “Online Food Festival” at Chope.
- Provide customer support for all ecommerce transactions, including the issuance, activation, and enquiry resolution for all products.
(Not to worry, training will be provided!)
Requirements
- Independent and pro-active, with the ability to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability; able to pre-empt problems, identify root causes, then formulate and implement solutions with little prompting will be at a strong advantage
While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered:
- Intermediate HTML
- Experience in the use of back-end Content Management Systems
If you are:
- Able to commit from 17th Sep to 21st Sep, 3-4 hours a day
- Able to extend commitment period if needed
