Job Description

The Clean Addicts Wholefoods Bakery wants you! We are a small, passionate start-up looking to spread our mission for making clean and delicious plant-based treats more accessible to everyone!

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source for new B2B and B2C business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients by canvassing potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media etc.
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships with our plant-based bakery & promote product range at in-person events 
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients and offer a seamless client experience to our customers. Attend to their needs and look for opportunities to educate them on new products, services and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the business development of the bakery
  • Ensure continuous improvements in customer experiences, reviewing customer touch points, loyalty programs
  • Proficient in MailChimp or other email marketing platforms
  • Able to ideate and execute email/SMS campaigns to grow and manage lists, and be comfortable a with design apps like Canva on a daily basis
  • Actively track sales data and monitor key metrics
  • Monitor campaigns and continually improve on them
  • Keep up with trends and work in a fast-paced digital environment that is ever-changing

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Business/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce

- Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Good team player and able to deliver results within tight deadline

- Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment
