The Clean Up is a Professional Cleaning Company. We do Regular Office Cleaning as well as Commercial Cleaning.
We might be a conventional business but with a WAY Modern approach in a tech savvy kind of way.
This is not any ordinary cleaning company. We plan to take over Singapore and the world!
Being a super intern for our team, you will be part of our growth as we aggressively expand in 2017. You will learn A LOT not just in the HR side of the business. You will be involved in a wide range of business development activities, planning schedules as well as being a part of the meetings!
You will be working in a BRAND NEW co-working office where you can interact with many other entrepreneurs from different sectors (tech, media, advertising) and be travelling around Singapore to various locations.
You will learn:
1. How to manage existing clients (requests, scheduling)
2. How to manage current employees (scheduling, hiring, being a leader)
3. How to communicate with new clients (interaction with corporate world)
What you will do:
1. Manage existing clients
2. Manage new clients
3. Manage all existing employees
4. Oversee hiring of new employees
5. Making sure manpower allocated turns up on time
6. Mingle during (optional) social event with other entrepreneurs
7. Other administrative and ad-hoc duties or projects as per company’s needs
Skills that you need:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good analytical skills
3. High Patience level
4. Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet
5. Able to commit for at least 2-3 months
