The Clinician is a digital health company headquartered in New Zealand building products for the healthcare enterprise space. Our primary focus is on patient engagement and remotely gathering patient-reported data to improve health outcomes and organisational efficiencies while containing costs. Collected data includes both subjective patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and objective physiological measurements. The combination of both objective and subjective data generates very powerful patient-centred clinical and quality of life insights which informs care delivery, research and population health and policymaking.
We are expanding our international teams and are looking for highly productive and motivated interns to join our Singaporean hub. The position is for a duration of a min 6 months with opportunities to become a full-time employee. The position is available immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting Project Managers with local projects in Singapore
On-site support to customers/end users, assisting with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.
Communicate, follow up, coordinate with customers to solve any problems during the project.
Conduct system training to customers/end-users.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Supporting the team with information research.
Follow and report progress to the project managers.
Liaise with Project Manager and other related parties in the company to keep projects schedule on track.
Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
Energetic and eager to learn new things & initiate new ideas.
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
Adaptable and calm under pressure.
