Job Description
  • Responding to customer feedback, compliments and complaints from emails, calls and social media. · 
  • Able to liaise or communicate with external and internal customers. 
  • Take down any corporate sales enquiries for follow-up if required. 
  • Updating inventory for webstore sales. 
  • Printing of the Coffee Bean Cards · 
  • Scheduling of delivery, stocks inventory and maintenance of CBTL machines

Job Requirements

  • Possesses a pleasant personality and an optimistic disposition.
  • Analytical and organisational abilities
  • Able to manage a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT Savvy
