Job Description
- Responding to customer feedback, compliments and complaints from emails, calls and social media. ·
- Able to liaise or communicate with external and internal customers.
- Take down any corporate sales enquiries for follow-up if required.
- Updating inventory for webstore sales.
- Printing of the Coffee Bean Cards ·
- Scheduling of delivery, stocks inventory and maintenance of CBTL machines
Job Requirements
- Possesses a pleasant personality and an optimistic disposition.
- Analytical and organisational abilities
- Able to manage a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT Savvy
