Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Basic Customer relationship management
- Basic Inventory management
- Basic Daily Operations of the respective outlets
Learning Curve:
- Communicating and engaging a customer
- Understanding service standards
Requirements:
You are likely to have these desirable qualities:
- Min. Diploma qualification
- Outgoing personality & energetic
- Love to interact with people
- Good team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-groomed & has a presentable profile
- Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

- Training provided
- Candidates with relevant certification/experience will have an advantage (retail, business management, hospitality & tourism)
