Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Analyse competitors and market demands to assist in developing effective sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Assist in prospecting and reaching out to potential clients to introduce our services.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking events.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and customer satisfaction.
4. Business Development Support
• Assist sales team in preparation of proposals, presentations and sales collateral.
• Partake in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
