Job Description
Bakers Needed! Upcoming English Boutique Cafe, North Area
Salary:
- $600-$800/month
- Monthly laundry allowance of $20
Working hours:
- 7.30am to 6.30pm
Commitment:
- 6 days/week (closed on Tuesdays)
- Bake & prepare breads & cakes from scratch ensuring quality and consistency in every item
- Ensure bakes meet SOP set by the cafe visually and taste wise
- Work with precision to follow recipes and instructions, while maintaining creative flexibility for seasonal and special items
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the kitchen, including proper handling of ingredients and tools by following SOP
- Work closely with our full time baker and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a small, close-knit team with good time management for bakes
- Help with inventory and ensure ingredients are stocked, stored correctly, and rotated properly.
- Maintain housekeeping standards at all times in the cafe
