The Department is a multidisciplinary creative studio focused on designing compelling digital experiences across game design, media installations, brand activations, advertising, and mixed-reality environments.
Job Responsibilities
-Assist Directors in managing project development from start to end
-Planning, oragnizing and tracking work schedule to ensure all project deadlines are delivered on time
-Managing internal stakeholders and external stakeholders expectations
-Coordinating and overseeing, designers, developments and artist to ensure business are carried out as per scheduled and overall programe is aligned to achievement of strategic objectives
-Proactively managing changes in project scope through gathering and reporting of manhours and resouces required.
-Produce well thought-out timelines that encourages efficiency of the in-house team
-Liaising with clients to clarify requirements of projects and suggesting new ideas to solve issues independently
Job Requirements
-A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Business / Sales & Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent
-Relevant experience in the media industry and game/video production would be an added advantage
-Organized and able to deliver with instructions provided
-Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
-Good with time management
-Able to work under pressure
-Possess positive attitude, self motivated and independent
-Good team player
