We are looking to recruit a fresh pair of eyes and hands to help us stay competitive. We currently operate more than 20 brands in Singapore (and still counting!). Just to name a few, we have Shake Farm, RostiBoyTM, Acai King, Pita Hero, Bang Bang Burritos, KetoBurgTM, The Keto Burrata Bowl CoTM and Bob the Burger Builder.
- Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL transaction)
- Working with HR to process CPF, salaries & other related items
- Crafting accounting reports when requested by management
- Financial forecasting based on historic records
- Month end closing / year end closing
- Responsible for GST filing and returns
- Annual filing and tax related and corporate secretarial matters
- General administrative work duties such as such as filing
- Responsible in other admin and account related works
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/ Accountancy professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Minimum 2 years of F&B accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must
- Strong problem-solving skill, independent team player and good interpersonal skills
- Initiative, responsible and positive attitude.
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred short notices or immediate available candidates
Other Details
- 44 hours per week – You decide on your own work days!
Bendemeer / Telok Ayer / Home – You decide where you would like to work. There will be times where you may be required to report to the respective outlets.
