We currently operate more than 20 brands in Singapore (and still counting!). Just to name a few, we have Shake Farm, RostiBoyTM, Acai King, Pita Hero, Bang Bang Burritos, KetoBurgTM, The Keto Burrata Bowl CoTM and Bob the Burger Builder.
Your job would not only be to nurture the operations team, but to also to spear head the team to keep us ahead of the game. This means keeping up with market trends and launching new brands to keep us competitive in the food scene. You will be part of our management team, where you will be invited to share your ideas and perspectives.
- Job Role: Operations Manager
- Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
- Work Week: 5 days per week
- Work Hours: 48 hours per week
Job Scope
Operations
- Re-designing operations to streamline and improve workflow
- Working with our Head Chef to improve staff job knowledge
- Working with assistant managers to implement changes and improvements
- Hands-on involvement in daily operations
- Responsible for quality & quantity control of products
Employee Management
- Lead operations team
- Conduct orientation/training for new employees under your supervision
- Counselling & performance management of staff
Development
- Seek market trends and implement changes
- Innovate and develop new brands
- Continuously be on the lookout for ways to improve our outlets
Administration
- Planning of operations workflow
- Working with Human Resource regarding personnel issues
- Working with Finance Manager regarding invoices
Ad-hoc
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned to you
Requirements

- Excellent sense of determination and drive
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in an F&B setting
