Marketing and Research Internship Opportunity:

Famous Amos Singapore is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Research Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for students pursuing business-related studies who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in marketing, consumer behaviour analysis, and project management. As part of our team, you will play a key role in helping us expand our brand presence and better understand market trends and customer preferences.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns (e.g., monthly promotions, festive events, product launches) across retail, online, and B2B channels.
  2. Content Creation: Assist in creating and managing social media and digital content for sales campaigns.
  3. Creative Collaboration: Assist in preparing creative briefs and working with the design team on advertising materials (e.g., digital, print, and video content).
  4. E-Commerce Assistance: Support the management of the e-commerce platform and related activities.
  5. Customer Engagement: Assist in managing customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and social media interactions.
  6. Content Updates: Help update content for both customer-facing and internal communication touchpoints.
  7. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be able to commit full time throughout March – June 2025 period
  • Able to work flexible hours if required for events or campaigns.
  1. Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Canva).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and their content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Creative Skills:
    • Ability to create engaging content for digital and print mediums.
    • Understanding of branding and marketing design principles is a plus.
  3. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
