The role is to assist with the growth of the operations of the company, as well as client servicing and appointment management. Working directly with our founder, you will be a part of our growth team, encompassing research on automations and innovations for our company. During your internship, you will take over part of the operations of the company - from managing and facilitating appointments to ensuring that we implement new systems and workflows to streamline our operational backend.
Work scope:
- An understanding of operational workflows
- Warehousing operations
- Review of appointments when they are placed
- Interfacing with our beauty consultants to ensure appointments run smoothly
- Client servicing
This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to meet with our founder and trainer once a week
No experience required - we are looking for independent workers who can think systematically and logically. Candidates must be meticulous, efficient and contactable via phone.
$700 / month, with CPF contribution. Upon completion of a 4 month internship, we will explore conversion into a full time role.
