Head our newly opened kitchen (Pandan Gardens- Clementi) and work well with kitchen support staff as well as other chef in other kitchens. Our food are HALAL and guidelines by the MUIS must be followed.
- You will be responsible for the inventory that goes in and out of the kitchen.
- Work as a team and lead the team to ensure the upkeep of food quality.
- Able to create Malay Fusion food and follow SOP strictly.
- Create prep checklist for kitchen crew and notify management for stock items daily.
- Maintain food standard in chiller, freezer, dry/ wet food storage, etc; by ensuring food is not spoiled or go bad.
- Compliance with health codes and regulations.
- Able to endure long hours and communicate well with management.
