Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months commitment
Strong verbal communication skills, love speaking to crowds
Outgoing, people-oriented, positive attitude, and great customer service
Comfortable with physically demanding job scope; sporty
Proficient with basic digital tools (e.g. Google Suites, Zoom, Google Meets, etc)
No prior experience required
Class 3/3A driver’s license (not required but preferred)

Pros: Fast-paced environment with good learning opportunities to take up different responsibilities early on. You'll be given ownership and autonomy to complete your tasks, but also appropriate guidance whenever you need from the managers. Founders are humble and down to earth, not afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example. Pretty amazing to see them jumping into the trenches with the team during the peak period, even fixing equipment with team, drilling walls, packing items, etc, which is very inspiring.
