Job Description
  • Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
  • Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
  • Provide professional customer service, client support, and recommendations
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing, and payments
  • Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the creation of a successful event programme
  • Assist in refining the company’s sales strategy and processes
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
  • Meticulous and great attention to details
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and can solve problems independently
  • Work well with others as a good team player
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus

  • Total Salary Compensation = Basic Salary + Sales Commission
  • Basic Salary Range: SGD 3000 to SGD 4500 per month depending on qualifications & experience
