TRAINEESHIP DESCRIPTION
This position reports to the Head of Marketing and interfaces with the sales & marketing team. The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing the digital marketing mix to achieve business goals and KPIs. This includes managing and optimizing web content, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media to enhance brand awareness and achieve business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute digital marketing mix (owned, earned and paid channels) to achieve business goals and KPIs
- Implement TGC’s e-commerce strategy, including all web content, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and remarketing campaigns
- Design, build and maintain TGC’s social media presence
- Create content to enhance brand awareness and promote the products of TGC
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor budget outcomes
- Plan and execute publicity strategies and campaigns to increase media coverage
- Optimise and manage online marketplaces to increase sales
REQUIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Working knowledge of MailChimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
- Working experience in end-to-end implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity with experience in understanding markets, target audiences and devising digital campaigns that connect, engage and convert
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys and is capable of working autonomously
- A team player with good working attitude, responsible, and passionate
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and take on new challenges

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SGUNITED TRAINEESHIPS
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 to 2021 from ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 to 2021.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SGUNITED MID-CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAMME
The SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways programme is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents, with the exception of fresh graduates, as defined based on the criteria stated above.
