The Good Hood Pte Ltd – Community Builder (Content Creator)

1. You’ll be in charge of generating interesting content and engaging with the community.
2. Your main metric of success will be the number of people who come into the community everyday, looking forward to the content you create.
3. To do this well, it may involve setting up a process to identify trending content (especially neighbourhood content), keeping track of performance of the content posted, and studying other successful communities and how to activate them.
4. Content can include polls, mini campaigns, neighbourhood updates.

Job Requirement:

1. You’re an excellent wordsmith and have a track record of creating interesting/engaging content.
2. You live and breathe social media and are always updated on the latest trends.
3. You’re a strong problem solver, being able to identify what the key problems to be solved are, and can creatively derive cost-effective solutions to solve the problems.
4. You have a flair for striking up conversations, and have no problems talking to a wall.
