Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media accounts for GoodHood.SG e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Develop, execute campaigns and content calendars to drive traffic, engagement and retention in GoodHood.SG mobile application
Polish existing content on mobile app and website to improve readability
Monitor trends within the community and identify potential partnerships with media partners, external social organisations, and/or brands
Develop and edit marketing collaterals such as posters and banner ads
Identify users’ needs, work closely with the tech team in suggesting product-related changes to improve user experience and increase engagement in mobile app
Manage community-building initiatives to encourage and cultivate participation within the GoodHood community
We are seeking for ideal candidates who are interested in/have prior experience in:
Community building, engagement and social volunteer work
Managing social media channels
Digital marketing tools (e.g. knowledge and application of SEO, SEM, SSO)
Basic knowledge of design elements and applications and proficient writing skills
Google applications (drive, docs, sheets, slides, workspace), Wix, Figma, Canva, Adobe softwares is a plus
You should also be:
Someone with good interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people
Flexible and willing to try new things
Responsible and resourceful
Comfortable with working remotely
Singapore Citizen/PR
