The HEAD Foundation Limited – Intern – Public Affairs & Communications

Roles & responsibilities include:

Social Media

• Managing THF’s social media accounts and executing timely, accurate and responsible updates and content uploading onto platforms.
• Increasing an active presence of THF online and on social media so as to drive more traffic to our website.

Website

• Assisting to prepare content for the website e.g. new publications, event updates
• Assisting to upload content onto website and track responses

Media Monitoring

• To track the media to identify any news about education and human capital development relevant to us and to collate that for our social media purposes or to disseminate to our networks
• To track the media to identify news that is specific to THF or that is important to our strategic needs and to surface that to the Associate Director of Communications and Public Affairs for his follow-up

Public Events

• To identify new ways to market our public events to more specific and targeted groups
• To assist during public events in writing event summaries and/or managing social media live updates

Public Affairs 

• To undertake specific research work assigned by the Associate Director of Public Affairs and Communications relevant to the public affairs needs of the Foundation
