The Helping Hand is a halfway house in Singapore that focuses on the rehabilitation of former drug addicts. We have helped to transform many lives and have since opened our doors to all ex-offenders.
We adopts a holistic approach for life transformation by providing full cycle support to ex-offenders, including family counseling, life-skills learning and after-care services. With the support, counsel and work opportunities that we provide through our programmes, we have helped ex-offenders to reintegrate back to society as contributing members.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR IT INTERN
Currently, with the digital projects on-going, there will be a lot of excitement in the upcoming 2 years. Your primary role is in Project Coordination. You will be tasked to coordinate with the different stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of key milestones and completion of our IT ecosystem. You will also support the technology related operations of the organization and also the IT transformation plan - adoption of new technologies successfully.
IT Related
•Support in providing basic IT support for end users including hardware, software & network set-up, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintenance (MS Office 365, Windows 10, Firewall, VPN, etc)
•Monitor and perform documented checklist daily to ensure operation processes are running smoothly
•Support in IT project management and other ad-hoc IT work
•Support in maintaining project, technical and other related documentations, including preparation of training materials
•Familiar with ERP, eCommerce, POS, CRM workflow
•Able to work independently with good analytical and problem solving skills
Website / eCommerce / Social media related
•Support in publishing & scheduling social media contents
•Support in content curation
•Support in analyzing performance of social media postings
•Support in editing & publishing content on website / eCommerce sites using WordPress
•Support in designing visual materials
