The Hidden Good – Community Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Managing & Growing our communities
• Be the face of THG who encourages personal connections between a company and its followers
• Organizing and managing community events (Thankful Thursdays, Floral Fundays etc.) for our community
• Increasing & integrating engagement with online and offline communities
• Finding and experimenting new strategies to grow our online and offline community
• Strategizing ways to scale our communities and to connect with people
• Advocate the THG brand in communities (e.g. schools, Facebook groups etc.)
• Managing & growing our Social Media presence
• Creating and curating content which includes generate, edit & publish engaging content on the scheduled basis
• Research, design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals & partner needs
• Liaising with partners & other communities to distribute content via various channels.
• Integrate & utilize Mail chimp for newsletter distribution
• Monitor & analyse social media insights to provide recommendations to strengthen overall brand voice and communications

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiar with different social media platforms
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Care for societal issues and keen on making a positive difference to the society
